The erstwhile Department of Limnology and Fisheries, Rajasthan College of Agriculture was upgraded to the status of College of Fisheries by the Board of Management of the MPUAT in its meeting held on 15th November, 2003. The first batch of BFSc was admitted in 2004. Approval from the Government of Rajasthan for establishment of College was received in 2010 and new batches of UG and PG were admitted for session 2010-2011.
